Howard Johnson's
The Howard Johnson's hotel opened in the summer of '65. The very top floor was used as a Red Coach Grill. When it first opened, it was known as "Cleveland's newest and finest, with every room overlooking Lake Erie." The way the building is designed allows for every room to have a view of the Lake.
The Red Coach Grill closed in 1976, and the hotel closed 10 years later. It's been abandoned ever since.
